Terms for using converterepub ebook conversion pages and APIs
2026/07/08
These Terms of Service govern your use of converterepub, including the landing page, dedicated conversion routes, browser conversion tools, server conversion API, documentation, FAQ and contact forms.
By using converterepub, you agree to use the service responsibly and only with files you have the right to process.
converterepub helps convert ebook, document and archive formats such as EPUB, PDF, DOCX, MOBI, AZW3, TXT, HTML, CBZ and CBR. Some routes can run in the browser. Other routes require a server-side conversion engine, such as Calibre, and may fail if the engine is unavailable.
The service is provided for convenience and is not a guarantee that every file can be converted perfectly.
You are responsible for the files you upload or process. Do not upload files that you do not own, are not licensed to use, or are protected by DRM or access controls that you are not allowed to remove.
You keep ownership of your files. converterepub does not claim ownership of uploaded content.
You agree not to:
Conversion quality depends on the source file. Complex layouts, scanned PDFs, embedded fonts, fixed-layout books, image-heavy archives and malformed files may produce simplified or incomplete output.
You should review converted files before publishing, selling, archiving or distributing them.
converterepub is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, pause or remove features, formats, file size limits or conversion routes at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, converterepub is not liable for lost files, failed conversions, formatting differences, business interruption, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or by email at support@converterepub.com.
